In India the monsoon is the luxury. Anyone can sell a house in the dry season. Sell the one that is beautiful in July: rain falling into the court, the stone floor turning to a mirror, the tank filling. The site is wet, slow and green, and it reacts to touch like water.

It is specific to the place. No international template would ever think of it.
It shows engineering as pleasure. Rainwater harvesting becomes the most beautiful part of the house.
Interaction has meaning. Touching the photograph makes ripples on the wet floor, because that is what water does.

Erode is soft-edged and calm, closer to handwriting than Zodiak. Supreme keeps the facts plain.

Where it could go wrong

It sells one season. For eight months of the year Ahmedabad is dry and hot, and a buyer visiting in April will feel misled.
Water shaders are the most overused WebGL effect there is.

Not the lead, too seasonal. It became the July section of "Sun path", where the rain photograph sits in its place in the year and the copy explains the tank.
